West Africa-focused ENDEAVOUR MINING has closed an US$800m loan financing as it completed its all-share acquisition of Teranga Gold. The financing comprises an amendment and extension of Endeavour's US$430m revolving credit facility and a US$370m bridge loan. Pricing on the RCF remains the same at 295bp-395bp over Libor, depending on leverage. The bridge loan pays 225bp over Libor, increasing by 50bp every six months until both facilities mature in January 2023.
