One challenge for the IPO of UK takeaway delivery company deliveroo will be convincing current shareholders to sell enough stock to reach the 25% free-float requirement, according to one banker involved in the deal. The company filed the registration document for its listing on Monday that will consist of a mix of primary and secondary shares that bankers estimate could raise anywhere between £lbn-£2bn.
