C8 EDUCATION has converted a A$350m (US$267m) borrowing into a sustainability-linked loan having recently completed an amendment and extension exercise. The financing is G8 Education's debut SIX and the first such borrowing from the early childhood education and care sector in Australia. CBA, RBC and Westpac were joint mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners. First Commercial Bank, ING, SMBC and United Overseas Bank have joined the SLL.
