JD.COM and NETEASE are rushing to list in Hong Kong as early as June, taking advantage of soaring share prices at a time of escalating US-China political tensions.Nasdaq-listed JD.com is planning to seek approval as early as this week for a secondary listing that could raise about US$3bn.The Chinese e-commerce company wants to list in Hong Kong on June 18 as this date will mark the opening of its mid-year shopping festival. Books may open on June 5 or June 8 but the date is not finalised yet.
