LatAm sovereigns start to join Green bond run

Green sovereign bond shoots are starting to sprout in Latin America, where governments from Patagonia to the Caribbean are establishing their environmental, social and governance (ESG) credentials. While the region's corporates have been issuing Green bonds for some time, Latin American sovereigns have been slower off the mark. That is starting to change in a region that has had a mixed experience with Green bond issues.
