City of kobe seems to have found a cheap way to raise yen funds, by selling bonds in US dollars and swapping the proceeds back into yen. According to DealWatch, IFR's sister publication in Japan, the city priced US$80m of 1.985% 10-year bonds on Wednesday via Goldman Sachs.
