Traton shrinks as valuation drops

The price range for VW's dual listing of traton values the truck and bus maker at €13.5bn-€16.5bn, well short of expectations when pre-marketing began. The base deal in the all-secondary IPO represents just 10% of the company which, together with the drop in valuation, means a deal size of €1.35bn-€1.65bn.
