Frasers Property launches second Aussie dollar Green loan

Singaporean real estate developer frasers property has launched a A$750m (US$517.6m) five-year term loan, which includes a significant green financing portion in its third similar borrowing this year. ANZ, Barclays, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Mizuho Bank, OCBC Bank and Scotiabank are the mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners of the bullet transaction. Barclays is the sole green coordinator of a A$500m portion -the borrower's second Green loan this year denominated in Aussie dollars.
