societe cenerale has merged its leveraged loan syndicate and high-yield capital markets operations to focus its activities as the sectors converge. The two operations have been combined into the Leveraged Capital Markets group, which will be headed by Marina Mulcair, head of European leveraged loan syndicate. Mulcair continues to report to Laurent Vignon, head of European loan syndicate. Jonathan Latham will continue as head of high-yield capital markets in London reporting Mulcair.
