Private jet charter company vistajet malta paid more than it expected to refinance debt last week, after it was forced to hike the yield on a new junk bond by around 2%. The company, founded in 2004 by Swiss billionaire Thomas Flohr, spent several days marketing the new five-year issue to investors and initially discussed pricing levels of around 9%.
