Luminor seeks covered alternative

LUMINOR BANK is extending its reach in the capital markets, having mandated leads for a long three-year senior preferred euro. The Baltic lender made its debut in 2018 with a €350m 1.5% October 2021 senior, and has its sights on becoming the first Baltic bank to issue covered bonds. First, though, it is turning its attentions to a familiar format.
