NORSKE SKOG wrapped up its dividend recapitalisation deal last week, through which its owner is de-risking its position less than two years after a painful restructuring. The roadshow for the three-year unrated FRN was due to run into the week beginning June 4, but the timing was accelerated and the deal priced late on Wednesday.
