To provide a dividend payment system, a dividend payment device, a dividend payment method, and a dividend payment program, which are capable of improving the efficiency of dividend payment operations in transfer agency operations, making shareholders a retail customer for their financial institutions, saving commission rates, and improving the convenience of stock issuing companies and shareholders.SOLUTION: On the basis of a dividend payment notice imaged by an imaging unit of a terminal device, read data of the dividend payment notice including recipient identification data of a recipient of a stock dividend and the payment amount is obtained. It is determined whether there is dividend payment schedule data corresponding to the read data. If it is determined that there is the dividend payment schedule data corresponding to the read data, it is further determined whether the recipient identification data and registrant identification data match. If it is determined that the recipient identification data and the registrant identification data match, a request of dividend payment to registrant's bank account is transmitted to a farm banking system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
