The increasing intemationalisation and digitisation of the expanding Schuldschein market poses risks and challenges as increasing numbers of issuers and investors are tempted into the SSD market, Scope Ratings said. With around €5bn of SSD debt either closed or in the market so far this year, the market remains robust with Scope forecasting market volume of over €25bn, more than the €24.5bn raised last year.
