Building materials manufacturer brickworks will refinance a US$150m bridge facility in the second half of the year with a loan denominated in Australian and US dollars. The company is aiming for a three to five-year tenor for the new facility. The USS150m one-year bridge, which was completed in November 2018 to back the acquisition of US-based Glen-Gery Corp, was drawn to US$130m as of January 31. The total cost of the acquisition was A$141m (US$101m).
