High-yield bonds of struggling retailer NEIMAN MARCUS have taken a hit after its private equity owners moved a fast-growing online business unit out of the reach of creditors - the latest example of how weak covenants can hurt investors. The company said on Tuesday that the unit, called MYTHERESA, would be moved from a subsidiary level to the parent.
