ONESMART INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION GROUP is making its debut in the offshore market with a US$100m three-year loan. UBS is the sole mandated lead arranger and bookrunner of the transaction, which can be increased up to US$200m. The deal offers an interest margin of 270bp and has a 2.65-year average life. MLABs committing US$30m or more will receive all-in pricing of 300.2bp via an 80bp management fee, while MLAs that commit US$20m-$29m will obtain all-in pricing of 292.6bp via a 60bp fee. Lead arrangers committing US$10m-$19m will get all-in pricing of 285.1bp via a 40bp fee.
