Clean Energy, Environmental Protection Play Large Role in Chinese Infrastructure Push

China's National Development and Reform Commission approved more than 1,000 infrastructure projects in the first four months of 2012 and 233 more between May 1 and 25, the majority of them for clean energy and environmental protection projects as well as highway expansion and airport construction, according to an analysis conducted by Guosen Securities (HK).
