2013 Set to Be One of Wannest Years On Record, U.N. Meteorological Agency Says

Worldwide temperatures in the first nine months of 2013 indicate that it will likely be among the 10 warmest years since global records began in 1850, the World Meteorological Organization said Nov. 13. Michel Jarraud, secretary-general of the United Nations organization, said in Geneva that it was not yet clear where 2013 will rank, "but it will definitely be in the top 10."
