ONTARIO PUBLISHES DRAFT FIT 2.0 RULES, CONTRACTS AND DEFINITIONS

On April 6, 2012, the Ontario Power Authority (the OPA) published the draft rules, contract forms and definitions for the revised and updated Feed-in Tariff (FIT) Program, based on the recommendations released by the Ontario Ministry of Energy on March 22, 2012 and the Ministerial Directive issued by the Ontario Ministry of Energy on April 5, 2012 (the Directive).
