Polyamide High Performance (PHP), Germany, has taken over the business activities of Diolen Industrial Fibers GmbH. Diolen entered insolvency proceedings ir the autumn of last year.rnDiolen Industrial Fibers is a globally recognised manufacturer of high-tenacity polyester yarns for a variety of industrial applications.rnThe takeover re-unites two former Acordis Industrial Fibers stable mates. The businessrnactivities of Diolen Industrial Fibers GmbH were transferred to PHP on March 1, 2009. It will continue as a subsidiary of PHP under the new name Polyester High Performance GmbH.
