Diolen Industrial Fibers takeover

Polyamide High Performance(PHP),Germany,has taken over the business activities of Diolen Industrial Fibers GmbH.Diolen entered insolvency proceedings in the autumn of last year.Diolen Industrial Fibers is a globally recognised manufacturer of high-tenacity polyester yarns for a variety of industrial applications.The takeover re-unites two former Acordis Industrial Fibers stable mates.The business activities of Diolen Industrial Fibers GmbH were transferred to PHP on March 1,2009.It will continue as a subsidiary of PHP under the new name Polyester High Performance GmbH.
