摘要

The steady Hartmann flow with heat transfer of an electrically conducting fluid is studied considering the ion slip. The viscosity of the fluid is assumed to vary with temperature. The fluid is subjected to a constant pressure gradient and an external uniform magnetic field perpendicular to the plates which are kept at different but constant temperatures. The effect of the ion slip and the temperature dependent viscosity on both the velocity and temperature distributions is examined.
