With the ever-increasing need to meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements it is as important to be able to review subtitle output as it is audio and video. In a multi-language system this presents significant technical and display problems. Screen's new MSX logger provides a simple and efficient solution that works directly at the transport stream level. There is no need to modify the video or obscure the image with text and there is no limit to the number of languages or channels that can be supported. By combining the logging function with the powerful Polistream MSX analysis tools, it is possible to not only review historic output but also to perform detailed technical analysis.
