Indian Navy Looks At Boosting Its Aerospace Assets

With a view to transform itself into a blue water Navy capable of protecting Indian interests and assets in any stretch of the oceanic waters around the world, Indian Navy is looking at strengthening its aviation assets and acquiring satellite based capability which holds the key to create and sustain a three dimensional, technology enabled network-centric system in the context of the plan for an Indian tri service aerospace command spearheaded by the Indian Air Force (IAF).
