Dear ACM Interactions readers, After five years we are phasing out the print version of the HCI Education forum in Interactions magazine. In 2015,I took on the role of editor for the newly launched HCI Education forum. I (nervously) wrote an article kicking off the forum communicating my vision and hope for "educators, practitioners, researchers, and students to share their perspectives, reflections, and experiences related to HCI education." It gives me great pleasure to say that I have had the privilege of doing exactly that in the past five years. Several colleagues from our international HCI community both from academia and industry wrote about new approaches, new curriculums, creative classroom models, and community outreach in HCI education, as well as the challenges we face in this rapidly evolving field. Contributions came from a wide spectrum of educational, geographical, socioeconomic, and research/teaching cultures. These colleagues opened their doors to us, inviting us to see the accomplishments and challenges they experienced and, in the process, imparted insights to educators on how to mold various HCI educational and pedagogical activities.
