All trademark professionals and marketing specialists will be aware of just how difficult it is to find/create a trademark which is appropriate for a new product, clear for use and for which protection can be obtained internationally. Spare a thought then for those whose task it is to find, clear and protect pharmaceutical product names. Theirs is a unique challenge.
