In light of the identity of goods, the holder's lengthy prior use of its "POTENZA" and "TURANZA" marks for tires, the market strength of the "POTENZA" and "TURANZA" marks, and the similarities of words, sounds, and connotation with "MILANZA," the holder, in opposing the registration of "MILANZA" for intended use with tires, established sufficient similarity as would be likely to cause consumer confusion, deception, or mistake. Thus, sustain ing the holder's opposition to the registration application was warranted.
