A Leading Securities Company Builds on Its History in China's Capital Markets

Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co. Ltd., China's first securities firm, was incorporated in July 1996 by joining the former Shanghai Shenyin Securities Co. with the former Shanghai International Securities Co. Today, Shenyin & Wanguo has registered capital of RMB 4.2 billion ($509 million) with 10 regional management divisions and 109 branches in 44 major cities across the country. The company is the only mainland Chinese securities house with a publicly traded securities firm in Hong Kong.
