Report On European Federation Of Ndt (efndt) Board Meeting In September

The 26th meeting of the Board of Directors of the EFNDT was held on 26 and 27 September 2008 in Zagreb at the invitation of Professor Vjera Krstelj, President of the Croatian Society for NDT. Twelve Board Members were present and supported by David Gilbert (Secretariat) and John Thompson (Chairman of WG1).rnThe Board welcomed Dominique Moussebois of BANT to her first meeting and confirmed her appointment as Treasurer.rnRELACRE of Portugal have created an NDT Sectorial Committee and their application for full membership of EFNDT was accepted.rnSeveral further improvements to the website have been completed, including a new description of EFNDT's scope. A new leaflet produced in time for the Shanghai WCNDT is available from the website.rnThe EFNDT Guidelines have been posted on the website. They can be downloaded; printed copies can be ordered from the Secretariat.
