COMMENT

摘要

The 46th annual conference of The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing, NDT 2007, was held alongside the Materials Testing exhibition at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow and proved a great success. The conference opened with the Roy Sharpe Prize lecture given by Professor D Almond of the University of Bath, entitled 'The emergence of thermographic NDE'. The lecture was scholarly, excellently presented and clearly established the importance of thermography in today's world of NDT.
