COMMENT

One of my main roles as an Honorary Technical Editor (HTE) is to consider papers submitted for publication in Insight and to make recommendations to our Editor, David Gilbert. Each submitted manuscript is allocated to one of the three HTEs, who then select referees to review the papers. Sometimes, papers are accepted for publication immediately, but often the referees will have some comments. These comments, together with any from the HTE himself, are fed back to the authors, who are asked to revise their papers to address the comments. This online system works very well and, as I have mentioned before, we are very grateful to all our referees for their excellent support.
