Defense Department officials have re-established an advisory committee charged with providing the Defense Intelligence Agency, which recently picked up new responsibilities, with outside advice, according to public filings.rnCreation of the committee comes as the military spy agency "expands its worldwide mission," DIA Director Army Lt. Gen. Ronald Burgess wrote in a June 19 memo to the Office of the Secretary of Defense's director of administration and management.
