Agency Director: DISA Not Immune To Sequestration If It Returns In FY-16

The Defense Information Systems Agency's operations could be affected and forced to limit resources if sequestration returns in fiscal year 2016, according to agency Director Lt. Gen. Ronnie Hawkins. The level of the sequestration cuts would determine the severity of the impact and limitation on operations, Hawkins said in a Feb. 26 interview with Inside the Pentagon. "We still have to do those drills and so we will be postured to handle whatever it might be and still deliver capabilities to the warfighter and the customers that we support," Hawkins said.
