Effect of the Number of Reference Samples on the Accuracy in X-Ray Fluorescence Determination of the Macroscopic Composition of As-S-Se Glasses

This paper examines the effect of the number of reference samples on the accuracy in X-ray fluorescence determination of the macroscopic composition of As-S-Se glasses. We use empirical calibration and the method of virtual relative X-ray intensities.
