摘要

The effect of barium titanate particles (2-30 μm) on the ferroelectric properties of potassium nitrate in a (KNO_3)_(1-x)-(BaTiO_3)_x composite is studied for x ranging from 0 to 0.5. It is shown that the dipole-dipole interaction between individual components in the ferroelectric composites can lead to changes in the properties of the initial ferroelectric materials. The degree of impact of BaTiO_3 particles on the temperature range of existence of the ferroelectric phase in KNO_3 is determined not only by the concentration of these particles but also by their sizes.
