摘要

In the present work, using methods of experimental design, we considered the relationship between the process parameters and strength characteristics of SiC-based composite materials with metal additives, the compositions of which correspond to the 42Ni (NILO) and 29NiCo (kovar) alloys. Significant factors for the studied materials were revealed. It was shown that the design of experiment in preparation of ceramic from SiC enables reducing the number of full-scale experiments, especially at high temperatures, and forms the basis for the development of formulations of this ceramic and methods for its fabrication.
