Solanic BV potato protein isolates achieve Self-Affirmed GRAS

Solanic BV - an AVEBE Croup Company -has confirmed it has achieved Self Affirmed Generally Recognized as Safe (SA GRAS) status. Solanic's natural potato proteins isolates are legally permitted for sale in the United States under the proposed conditions for use in foods and beverages. The SA GRAS status applies to the use of two of its potato protein isolates, in finished food and beverage products and covers multiple food and beverage categories at usage levels between 0.01 to 10%.
