Librarians as Santa's Elves

It's Christmas season! And what gift do I and my information professional colleagues want under our trees? What gift will make us happy for all of 2005 and many decades to come? A nice, big (BIG!) depository for all the open access scholarly content currently out there, with more on the way. Already some big depositories such as OAIster exist, but I want at least one more, a Rolls-Royce service with all the best features of all the best experiments under way in digital archiving of scholarship—from MIT's DSpace to the National Science Digital Library to BioMed Central to whatever else looks productive.
