Elsevier's Vice Chair Revisited

When I last spoke with Y.S. Chi at ALA 2005, he had been in his new job as vice chair of Elsevier for only 2 days. He was just getting to know the groups he referred to as his constituencies. I promised him that we'd catch up at a later date for a follow-up interview once he had settled into his job. The timing was right when our paths crossed in April at Information Today, Inc.'s (ITI) Buying & Selling eContent (BSEC) conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.
