Of course, all some teams have to do is simply announce that they're having games, and fans will show up (witness the 40,000 or so shivering fools, your Field Correspondent included, who saw the Cubs' opener at frigid Wrigley Field). Open the gates at Yankee Stadium, and the faithful hordes will show up.
