The fifth annual SIIA Information Industry Summit rolled out the red carpet for industry executives and market notables from Jan. 3 to Feb. 1 in New York, just steps away from Grand Central Station in the Cipriani on 42nd Street. The summit turned the spotlight back on the audience this year. Under the um- brella of Users Taking Control, the SIIA billed the conference as "insights on the market and the emerging issues that are affecting how users purchase, use, share, and store content." More than 400 attendees wanted to find out about the changing world.
