When Infotrieve decided to update its Mobile Library solution, it went right to the source. Instead of guessing what the market needed, the company asked its customers. "We literally spent hundreds of hours in the field interviewing clients and trying to figure out what were their pain points and what really mattered [to them]," says Infotrieve president and CEO Kenneth J. Benvenuto.
