Elsevier Reference Modules: Curated Reference for Researchers

With some areas of science, novel developments with field-wide implications don't happen too often. Researchers interested in one of these subjects can be reasonably safe in assuming an article written in the past decade is still cutting-edge information. But for many subjects, the pace of discovery and analysis happens at more frequent intervals. "[W]e want to make sure that researchers aren't waiting for new content to come out and we also want to make sure that they aren't looking at articles and wondering if they were still up-to-date," says Cory Polonet-sky, head of marketing for the launch of Reference Modules and a marketing director at Elsevier.
