I found four articles whose content was worth sharing in my last column of 2019: one from the Fall issue of Big Data Quarterly (BDQ) and three from the Autumn issue of EContent. Since I usually just highlight two, I had to pare it down to three (but I still suggest you read Theresa Cramer's "Marketing in a Voice-First World" in EContent). The remaining two columns from EContent look at how the way we present information often impacts how that information is received and processed. And the column from BDQ, while focusing on AI, discusses how people still have a great influence over even the automated aspects of our world.
