The Modular construction of process and mechanical skids is becoming commonplace in onshore installations located in harsh or remote environments where construction and labor costs have a major impact on determining the method of construction and selection of equipment. By locating and wiring more equipment on a module, significant cost and schedule savings can be achieved when the module is brought to the site for final installation.
