Bhavnagar Division has been taking proactive steps to resolve public complaints and accommodate suggestions received from local public and rail users via various channels. All complaints are examined thoroughly in consultation with concerned departments and then disposed of to the satisfaction of customers. The details of complaints received during past two years is shown below: Due to continuous monitoring, we succeeded in closing all pending complaints on COMS portal as well as CPGRAMS portal.
