RMCMA brings NRMCA Concrete Technologist Certification Course to India

Ready Mixed Concrete Manufacturers' Association (RMCMA), India, has entered into a MoU with the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA), USA, for developing and offering Training and Certification Course for Concrete Technologists in India. India is one of the leading concrete producing countries in the world. Advancement in mechanisation and construction technology in India has seen a rapid increase in the number of Ready Mixed Concrete (RMC) plants in the country, both in the organised and the unorganised sector. The sheer size of India's concrete industry requires a large number of engineers who are knowledgeable about concrete as a construction material; who appreciate the mechanism through which concrete gains strength; who are familiar with good concrete practices; who are aware of quality assurance and control measures to deliver good concrete; who are knowledgeable to test both fresh and hardened properties of concrete.
