The Horsepower of a Learning Atmosphere

It is my duty and responsibility as a moderator, to put forth my best efforts, which allows each student the opportunity to learn the course, and successfully pass the given exam(s). I always try to encourage my students in a way that alleviates their fear of being academically incapable, or their fear of failing an exam before they have had the chance to take it. Nothing motivates me more than to be able to conquer these things on behalf of the students.
