不快情動の喚起に伴うヒト前頭前皮質領域における血流動態(ヘモグロビン濃度)変化を近赤外分光淫PIRS:Near-infrared Spectroscopy)を用いて非侵襲的に計測した.不快情動を喚起させるため,被験者に聴覚刺激を呈示した.また,得られたNIRS信号に基づきSVM(Support Vtctor Machine)を用いて聴覚刺激呈示の有無の判別,不快情動の判別を行った.不快情動を喚起させる聴覚刺激の呈示に伴い,ブロードマンの脳地図の9野周辺領域における酸素化ヘモグロビン(oxy-Hb)濃度の有意な増加が確認された.NRS信号に基づき判別を行った結果,聴覚刺激呈示の有無については高い判別性能が得られ,不快情動の判別についてはその判別の可能性を示唆した.%Hemodynamics changes in human's prefrontal cortex region caused by unpleasant emotion were measured non-invasively by NIRS (Near-infrared Spectroscopy). Auditory stimuli were presented to subjects to evoke unpleasant emotion. Classifications of auditory stimulus presentations and unpleasant emotion were conducted using SVM (Support Vector Machine). Oxygenated hemoglobin (oxy-Hb) concentration increased significantly around Brodmann area 9 during presentation of unpleasant emotional stimulus. As a result of classifications based on NIRS signals, classifications of auditory stimulus presentations got high classification capability. We also indicated possibility for classification of unpleasant emotion.
